Unlike our early-season Rouge Wild Basswood Honey, this second harvest captures a different chapter of the bees’ foraging journey. As summer unfolds into early autumn, the landscape changes, bringing new blooms, shifting nectar sources, and a unique botanical character to the honey.
Collected from our hives in the Rouge Valley, this raw, unpasteurized honey reflects the remarkable biodiversity of the surrounding meadows, woodlands, and wildflowers. Every drop is shaped by the plants the bees visited and the natural rhythms of the season.
