Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, launches, or extreme weather, processing times may vary slightly to ensure product integrity.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We currently ship within Canada.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Weather & Seasonal Considerations
Because many of our products are made with natural ingredients and no stabilizers, extreme heat or cold may affect texture during transit. This is natural and does not impact product quality or effectiveness.
If weather conditions pose a risk to your order, we may delay shipment briefly to ensure your items arrive in good condition.
