Return Policy

At Tee’s Bees Alchemy, every product is crafted in small batches with care, intention, and respect for the hive. Because our products are made using natural ingredients and are often used for personal or pet care, we take safety and freshness seriously.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theresamarie4311@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

We provide full ingredient transparency for all products. As individual sensitivities can vary, we recommend patch testing before full use. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivity.
