Harvested late in the season from our Muskoka apiary, this raw honey captures the changing landscape of late-summer Muskoka.

Our bees forage across surrounding forests, open meadows and wild spaces, gathering nectar from the diverse blooms available as summer begins to give way to fall. The result is a small-batch honey shaped entirely by the season and the landscape around the hives.

Rich, beautifully complex and distinctly Muskoka, every jar is a reflection of where our bees have been and what was blooming at the time of harvest.

Raw and minimally handled to preserve the character of the honey just as the bees made it.
